CELEBRATING OUR COLLECTIVE HISTORY
“Into The Streets” celebrates the contemporary LGBTQ+ movement highlighting the work of BIPOC community leaders. The exhibition featured 150+ images from 2018 to 2021 and included historic events like the Queer Liberation March event (2019-2021), the Brooklyn Liberation March (the first march and rally for Trans lives), Black Lives Matter protests led by Black queer organizers, community gatherings, and portraits of community leaders.
